Refund Policy

Attendees who can no longer attend Charmed! or who would like to alter their type of registration from online-only to hybrid or vice versa are welcome to do so before the Registration Changes Deadline by contacting us at charmedreg@br.org. Please check the calendar on the main page for the date of the deadline.

If you registered to attend the event in-person and would like to attend virtually instead, you will be given a partial refund to bring the cost of your registration down to the online-only price on the date in which you registered. If you registered to attend the event in-person or online and can no longer attend, you will be given a full refund. In either of these cases, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

If you have booked a hotel room and can no longer attend the event, you will need to reach out to the hotel to cancel your reservation. Contact information for the hotel can be found in your Charmed registration email.

In the event that state or federal restrictions prevent us from holding Charmed in person, all attendees who registered to attend in-person will be allowed to choose whether to receive a partial or full refund, following the same guidelines above. More details about how these refunds will be processed will be provided if this situation occurs.
