Charmed! Accessibility Policy
Charmed! is dedicated to ensuring that all patrons are provided the best possible experience while attending the convention.
Attendees are not permitted to sit or stand in the aisles. All cables should be covered with cable covers or tape to permit assistive devices to travel over them. All aisles will be wide enough for wheelchair accessibility. The two event floors are connected by stairs, by a ramp, and by elevators.
For everyone’s safety, please do not conduct scenes or hypnotize people on the stairs. We love that we have to ask you this, but please do be careful.
At this time, Charmed! does not have a Sign Language interpreter within our staff. Should one be located or if you will be bringing your own, a space will be made available for a Sign Language interpreter to sit or stand near the front of classrooms and be visible to patrons.
Registered service animals are welcome with accompanying paperwork. Please be aware that you should not interfere with or touch a service animal without express permission from its owner. Use common courtesy and ask; if the answer is no, don’t take it personally. The animal is working, and we shouldn’t distract from that.
Hotels routinely use fluorescent lighting in some areas, so please be aware should this be a barrier. Patrons should be aware that vendors may be selling items that contain fragrances, herbs, chocolate, and many other allergens. Also, vendors may be selling and patrons may be wearing latex or other allergen items may be present throughout the event. If anyone experiences an allergic reaction, please seek medical attention – contact Charmed! or Hotel staff in case of emergency.
Charmed! has attempted to address each patron’s needs; however, if there are concerns which are not covered or there are questions in advance of the event, we encourage you to contact OPS at info@charmedhypno.org.
